Reserve A Cabin

BALANCE DUE: Your full balance must be paid 14 days prior to your arrival.

KEYS: If a key is lost, a charge of $50 per key will apply.

CLEAN-UP FEE: We do not provide maid service during your stay. Cleaning fee is for service provided after departure.

DAMAGES: You are responsible for any damages discovered subsequent to your departure. If you find damage upon arrival, please inform the office immediately.

FIRES: Fireplaces can only be used from October thru March; gas log fireplaces may not be used to burn wood. Bonfires violate fire codes and are PROHIBITED.

VISITORS: Please, if you have visitors during your stay, who are not part of your original party, inform our office of how many, and vehicle information. You will be charged an additional $10.00 per person for all visitors remaining at the unit past 11:00 p.m. Unreported visitors are automatically billed as guests.

CANCELLATION: We cannot refund any portion of your payment unless we re-rent your cancelled dates. If we re-rent part or all of your cancelled dates, we will refund up to 90% of your payment (less a 10% handling fee), with your refund determined by the amount of the re-rental.

RE-SCHEDULING: At our discretion, we may reschedule your reservation, depending upon unit availability and our expectation of re-rental. If we grant you a re-scheduling, we do not charge a fee, but we can only do it ONCE (subsequent charges will be treated as a cancellation).

EARLY DEPARTURE: This is considered a cancellation. Please inform the office before 11:00 a.m. so housekeeping may be notified of the early departure.

SCHEDULED DEPARTURE: Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Requests for late check-outs must be made with the reservation, or between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. of the day BEFORE departure. Late check-out will be approved only if that date remains unrented. Please wash all dishes, bag all trash (from both inside and outside the unit), and return any displaced furniture to its original location. Please turn in key(s). Failure to follow these instructrions will result in the billing of a special service fee.

All disputes regarding these policies will be arbitrated under the laws and jurisdiction of Sevier County, Tennessee.

Failure to abide by these policies will void your rental confirmation and contract, with no refund due.
